OUR WORK: Small Business Websites
Here a just a few small business websites we created or updated. You may find you fit into one of the many issues faced by small business owners regarding online presence that are discussed below.

The Pink Rooster wanted to offer an online shopping catalog that has the look and feel of a typical online ecommerce website without the buy buttons. This decision to have this type of shopping catalog allowed them the opportunity to present individual artist’s work online with information about the work and pricing. Interested customers can contact the gallery directly creating a more personal experience and the gallery has the opportunity to work with customers regarding shipping options of an artist’s work.

Gallery 202 website focuses on both their unique artists and antiques. At the request of the business owner, we created a clean modern website with easily to update information for their “Artist of the Month” and available antiques.
To complete the look of their new website, we also had a photoshoot of the artists and gallery.

Lew Lew’s was using “Clover” for their POS system, so we integrated the website to this system. This allowed Lew Lew’s to use their current checkout and inventory management system with their website, making it easier to use. We further focused on their brands and provided a variety of shopping options for the visitor based on brands and typical seasonal and life-event shopping.

Riverside Franklin wanted a contemporary website to feature their design services both in-house and their available interior design team. We focused on creating vignette’s of their design work to use throughout the website. Riverside Franklin also had a strong Instagram presence, so we automatically pull in their instagram posts to their “Home” page, providing a more interactive experience for the visitor to their website.

It had been some time since The Back Room in Midway, Kentucky updated their website. They were not interested in selling on their website, they had enough to do running the shop. The owners of The Back Room knew they needed a better brand image online, so RT360 created a website reflecting the look and feel of their beautiful shop.

We can do a little cleanup & create Virtual Retail Shopping
Thibault Gallery had 3 different Square sites, so we combined the sites into one website and improved categories and layout of their website. This reduced the amount of work the owners had to do to manage the website but also allowed them to manage their inventory more effectively. We also added a 360 Virtual Tour throughout the gallery allowing visitors to click links within the 360 virtual tour to specific artists and their works – making it easier for visitors to identify art and the respective artist of the work.

Borderline Billiards was created with an online sports design. This sports-based website focuses on Borderline Billiards being a family-oriented environment and connected their social media for on-the-fly quick and easy event updates to the website. We also had to work with their current hosting provider with their “Live” pool feeds – onsitepoolnetwork.

Rogersville Hawkins County Chamber of Commerce.
We created a website for the Chamber that has a “Directory of Business” that is easy to add new members, Covid-19 information for the community, easy-to-use Event Calendar and a new modern look that was flexible to update in the future. We also created 360 virtual tours for their businesses and photography to showcase their community.
